Uniprods offers ideal shipping methods for any requirement. Be it low priced, more quickly via Lux messagerie, or especially reliable and secure by a specifically trained freight forwarder. And in addition you can also pick up your order yourself at our Shop if you prefer. On this page you´ll find an overview of all available shipping.

Exchange or return of goods

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

    •  Gift cards
    • Downloadable software products
    • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an  email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {admin@uniprods.com} and send your item to: {ouled berhil, taroudant, Morocco 83300}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {ouled berhil, taroudant, Morocco 83300}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

What are the payment options available at UNIPRODS?

You can choose from more than one payment method available on UNIPRODS. Below you can see a list of available payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery: An easy and simple payment method on your doorstep.
• Paypal payment
• Pay by bank transfer

You can learn the payment methods during the final step of purchasing the product. Do not hesitate to contact our customer service team for more information.

How can I pay with Paypal?

At the end of the purchase process, choose to pay via paypal, after you fill in the personal information of course, and after pressing the paypal button, another screen appears in which you enter your information (username and password) to access your paypal, after that you carry out the process after that You make sure that the amount for which you purchased the product is required of you on paypal.

What should I do when I cannot see a payment option while completing the purchase?

What is the Cash on Delivery (COD) feature?

CoD stands for payment upon receipt of the order. The Cash On Delivery feature allows you to pay the amount in cash upon receiving the order.

Note:
• Some products, regions, and outlets do not have this method.

What is payment by bank transfer?

1. The first step: deposit or transfer
You can use bank transfer and deposit to pay by sending it to our account, which we will provide you with later after contacting us.

  1. The second step: Contact us
    After depositing or transferring the required amount for the service, the notification was sent to the following agencies:

Please make sure to attach a copy of the bank deposit or transfer number with the message, in addition to attaching the phone number or email in the account to be activated for the service with the message. The service will be activated within 24 hours if required.

Are there any charges that do not show up like sales tax for example when purchasing from uniprods?

There are no extra costs when purchasing from uniprods as the total amount includes taxes and shipping charges. Of course, this is specific to Morocco, but if the order is delivered more than once, you will pay the required shipping fees for the order that was delivered to you only, as the amount that you will pay will be written on the invoice in the order. Please note that we will not ask you for any additional expenses through the delivery representative.

RETURN & REFUND

Our Return Policy

1. Items shipped from UNIPRODS.COM can be returned within 15 days upon receipt.

2. Because of hygiene reasons, shapewear, underwear, pajamas and swimwear
are not eligible for return.

Note: Please contact us if you want to return an item. 

Return without prior discussion and authorization  will not be accepted.

How long will delivery take?

1.Contact Customer Service with order information and a brief description of your return. We will send you a printable slip with more instructions. It contains our return address and basic information about your returned order.
2.Print the return slip and put it inside your package along with the item(s) you are going
to return and pack the item properly.
3.Send item(s) back to us through local post office. If you are in urgent need of handling the returned parcels, please contact our customer service and provide a tracking number for the returned parcels.
4.We will process your return in 1-3 business days of receipt of the package.

Why do I need to print the return label?

By scanning your return slip, our facility can locate your return much faster. After that we can proceed to refund/replacement.

How to return/refund the product?

How to get the refund?

By default, a refund goes to your original funding source. Uniprods does not support storing balance in your Uniprods account.

We should note the following payment methods do not support refund to the original funding source:

  • Cash on Delivery
  • Wire Transfer Payment

Those payment methods require customer to provide a PayPal account should a refund will be issued.

Can I get the refund if I don’t like the products?
